The Visa Section is part of the British Embassy in Albania. The Visa Section handles applications for entry clearance to the UK coming from Albanian nationals only. Applications from the residents of Kosovo are processed by the British Embassy in Skopje, Macedonia.

The Entry Clearance Manager (ECM), Grant Pritchard, and his staff aim to ensure applications for entry clearance to the UK are handled in a firm, fair and fast manner, and that the service provided to visa applicants is in accordance with the Immigration Rules.

The Visa Section is located in the Rruga Skenderbej, no.12, Tirana, Albania. Applications for entry clearance can be made between 09:00-10:30 from Monday to Friday.  Other than in the case of proven emergency new applications cannot be accepted outside these times.
